Avionics Ground Cooling Units (ACU) are mission-critical ground support systems designed to provide precise, reliable and continuous cooling for military and defence aircraft avionics during ground operations.

They ensure thermal stability for safety-critical electronic subsystems when aircraft are powered for troubleshooting, fault isolation, maintenance, software loading, system calibration and extended ground testing.

Modern military aircraft avionics, mission computers, radar systems, communication systems and electronic warfare subsystems generate substantial thermal loads during ground operation.

Without dedicated avionics cooling, these systems may exceed certified operating temperature limits, resulting in thermal protection shutdowns, degraded mission capability or false fault indications.
